- To launch new products and define product strategy
- Aids development of sales tolls and collateral that improves sales effectiveness
- Plan and coordinate new product launch/promotion events
- To collect, sort and analyses market information (competition activity) and pricing
- Work effectively across functions including SCM, Sales and Marketing team to drive successful promotion and new product launch
- To impart knowledge of the new product to Sales, distributors and subsidiaries
- To understand client’s needs and requirements of the region and recommend the appropriate tools to engage the customers
- Plan, coordinate and execute all A & P activities, which include advertising and promotion activities, events and seminars for related product launches
- To enhance use of social media platform such as Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Liaise with Distributors and Offices on reports and marcomm activities for the launch
- To coordinate with SCM on the launch and delivery of the new product
- Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advances/ Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelors’ Degree, Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree, Business studies/ Administration Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Must have advertising and promotion experiences
