Customer Service (Shipping)

Basic Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare trade documentation (invoice/packing list/deliver order, etc)
  • Liaise with third party logistic company for shipping processing
  • Ensure on‐time delivery to local & overseas customers
  • Shipping coordination between suppliers and customers
  • Assist department manager on shipment related matters
  • Singaporeans or SPRs only may apply
  • Minimum “O” level or diploma
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Must be able to communicate with Chinese‐speaking clients
  • Must be meticulous and possess flair for figures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications
  • Familiar with handling export shipment and Letter of Credit
  • 1‐2 years of working experience in logistic/shipping functions
  • Location:    Toh Tuck Link
  • Working days:     5 day week
  • Working Hours:   8.45am to 6.00pm
  • Minimum Annual Leave:   10 days
  • Medical benefits including hospitalization insurance
  • 13 month's pay (AWS)
  • Company may consider variable bonus at the end of contract (depending on company & individual performances)
  • Dinner allowance: S$3.00 per day if person perform 2 hours and above of overtime
