Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing partners and channels

* Plan and execute channel sales strategy to achieve revenue, profit and growth targets

* Spearhead the development of new partners and channels

* To manage and resolve channels related conflicts & dispute

* Work with Account Managers and Technical Consultants to add value to clients’ business requirements

* Alliance role with principles and vendors and business partners

Key Requirements:

* Enterprise and Channel Sales Experiences

* Min 2 years of relevant experience in Business Management or Sales & Channels, preferably in IT/ Service industry

* Ability to plan and execute Channel Marketing Initiatives

* Pleasant disposition with good communication & interpersonal skills

* Strong sales leadership skills, able to deliver business value to the sales operation

* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

* Strong leadership and influential skills in a teaming environment is a must, managing customers, partners and vendor; able to deliver business value to the sales operation
