Director of Sales (Hospitality)

We work with esteemed Hotel operators, owners, and developers throughout Asia. At present, we are in search for highly committed team players with excellent track record to be based in (4-5 star) properties in Singapore.



  • Incumbent will drive the cluster Sales team in accordance with the business and marketing plan and budgeted revenue objectives set for the propertie(s).
  • Develop marketing plans that identify market niche and segments to formulate a tactical plan to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Monitor and review sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities in order to achieve planned goals.
  • Establish / review account qualification criteria and use market research to identify & secure new priority accounts.
  • Review & monitor sales administration system covering portfolio and database management to meet sales team’s needs.
  • Lead, manage and motivate an effective team of sales professionals to achieve budgeted goals
  • Establish goals for sales team and allocate key accounts to each member to ensure optimal sales coverage
  • Maintain responsibility for selected key accounts

Critical Attributes:

  • Degree in Business/Marketing or Tertiary qualifications in hotel management
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with minimum 2 years of managerial experience as Director of Sales in an International premium hotel chain or serviced apartment/residence
  • Strong in RFP & familiar with Consortia programmes
  • Proven record of success in key account management
  • Effective leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Literacy in travel and operating software applications
